When you create a PayPal account that's after you enter your bank details then some time after Paypal International send you to a small deposits of money for example 1.09&1.02.

You can know your deposits to your bank passbook and your mini statement and other by bank

After login your PayPal account and you can see that near your bank account confirm option is written

Click on confirm option you can find that you have 2 empty  box and then enter your small deposit after click on confirm

Rules to fill empty box: - if you're passbook contain 1.09 rupees first then enter 1.09 in first box and second place printed transaction in second box 

After when you click on your bank account in PayPal you see a confirmed text
